Spa Nordic Station

Patrick Rake, a Finnish saunas enthusiast, and his wife Sonia, who is passionate of antiques and decoration, have created the authentic sauna experience. To do so Patrick imported Nordic pinewood from Finland, which is less hot than the regular cedar wood and Sonia created a theme for the place using old style decor, with many antiques.
Nordic Station has also doubled its size and now has three terraces, two large whirlpools (California style), two Finnish saunas, including one along the beautiful river "Castle Brook" which serves as a cold bath in winter and summer. You will also find a Hammam bath (Turkish steam bath with eucalyptus), two Nordic baths and 15 massage rooms, some of which are housed in the forest. Enjoy!

Nature Spa Pohénégamook is located in the heart of Pohénégamook Santé Plein Air. This complex enjoys an exceptional natural setting on a mountainside on the edge of Lake Pohénégamook. The health center, like the resort, is located about thirty minutes from Highway 20, south of Rivière-du-Loup, near the borders of New Brunswick and the United States (2 hours to the east of Quebec bridges).
