Appalaches Lodge-Spa-Villégiature is a new four seasons holiday resort situated on the former Grande Coulée ski resort at Saint-Paul de Montminy. Located directly on the mountain, in the heart of the Appalaches Regional Park, this resort is within an hour's drive from Quebec City.

Nordic baths include alternating between hot and cold baths followed by a period of relaxation. Heating sessions in a Hammam or Scandinavian sauna, cold water baths and hot whirlpool baths as well as two rest areas are available.

Spa Tyst Trädgård

The spa Tyst Trädgård or "Garden of relaxation" offers a unique concept of relaxation and renewal. This Scandinavian-inspired spa is the only supplier of hydrotherapy treatments in conditions of absolute privacy with its 4 private hydrotherapy stations.

Tyst Trädgård is located on the site of the Station touristique Duchesnay in Ste-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier, only 30 minutes from Quebec City. Several packages with excellent cuisine and accommodation are available.
